Mark brings over 20 years of network marketing experience to the Founder/Chief Executive Officer role, including 21 years as a distributor and almost 10 years as a Master Distributor, Chief Sales Officer, and a co-founder. Mark served in the US military as a Navy Corpsman with the Marine Corps for most of his military career. Through Mark's multiple deployments to many countries all over the world, he gained a thorough knowledge and appreciation for international cultures. With Mark's military experience and leadership skills, he has an exceptional ability to create systems that allow sales organizations to integrate on a global level. Mark serves as chairman of the board of Verona International Holdings, Inc., DreamTrips International's parent company.

Tammy brings over 20 years of network marketing experience to the Founder/Chief Field Officer role, including 21 years as a distributor and nearly 10 years as a Master Distributor, Chief Field Officer, and a co-founder. Tammy's success as an international builder and as a founder and owner uniquely positions her to ensure that DTI provides an unparalleled business opportunity yet remains a sustainable legacy company for its customers, sales representatives, and employees for decades to come. Tammy sits on the board of Verona International Holdings, Inc., DreamTrips International's parent company.
Simon Davies
Chief Financial Officer
Simon Davies is a highly accomplished financial executive focused on building profitable, sustainable organizations capable of making a positive difference in peoples’ lives.
Originating from the United Kingdom, Mr. Davies is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Following a 3-year tenure in public audit, he entered the network marketing industry where he has spent over 25 years leading and growing global financial teams for preeminent companies, including over 10 years with Herbalife Europe before relocating to the US as Chief Financial Officer for a mid-market MLM. Simon is strategically focused with a particular interest in systems and controls combined with a hands-on leadership style, a deep knowledge of international financial operations and tax, and belief in KPI led business management to deliver results for all stakeholders.
Eric Haynes
Chief Legal Officer
Eric brings nearly 20 years of direct-selling experience to the CLO role, including nearly 10 years in the legal department at industry icon Mary Kay Inc. and several years as the CLO at Neora, LLC. Throughout his career, Eric has provided legal guidance and operational support in more than 40 countries around the world, including defending global government investigations and litigation, leading international market expansion, and handling global intellectual property matters. Eric also serves as CEO of Verona International Holdings, Inc., DTI’s parent company, and sits on the Board of Directors for Verona.
